Friday, 8:30 am, 25-30 miles, coastal & flat. Great beginner ride with free coaching by USAT certified coach Darcy Eaton. You’ll learn basic bike skills, shifting, road etiquette, safety, endurance riding tips and pointers for comfortable bike apparel and riding accessories. It’s a casual fun ride. So please come join. If you have a road bike and can ride at least 15 miles on your own, then this ride is for you.
Saturday, 8:00 am, 40+ miles, rolling & hilly. Nice intermediate ride.
Wednesday, 8:00 am, Torrey Pines Hill Repeats, as many as possible:)
Do you ride the flats because you don’t want to face the hills? Do you want to climb more efficiently? Do you just want to do more hill repeats with some awesome fun people because you know hills make you stronger and company is more fun? If you have a “yes” answer then Wednesday is for you.
Riders at all levels from beginner to advanced will be challenged and get great pointers from USAT certified coach Darcy on climbing efficiently and comfortably with tips on gear shifting, riding in/out of the saddle, big ring vs small ring, etc.
