Top of the morning to you,
Is there an age limit minimum for the 25&50 miler on Bike The Coast Nov 5th? My son will be 15 yrs old that wants to ride also..leaning towards doing the 50. He is a strong athlete.
Other question..just need to start training..we both ride BMX motocross..train @ Chula Vista Olympic training center track. But that entails explosive sprint/speed training/racing. Can u point us in right direction to start training for distance?

    Thanks much
